Background Type

Background type sets the kind of background your terminal has. There are five possible choices:

• transparent - You can see through to the background of the desktop.

• color - A solid color. You can choose the background color by clicking on the Colors tab.

• transparent shaded - You can see to the background, but it is slightly darkened (to allow you to see terminal text easier).

• image - Sets a given (fixed) image as your background. Must set a Background Image below.

• scrolling image - Sets a given image as your background. The image will scroll as you move your terminal around on the desktop. Must set a Background Image below.
